FREE EVENTS:

Yarn Circle: Every Saturday 9 a.m. noon
Bring your yarn, your needles, your hooks – all textile folks welcome. Knitting, crochet, embroidery, weaving (small!), drop spindle spinning, needle-felting, etc. and so on. Beginners welcome; I'm happy to try to teach a little if you get stuck. Ages 18+.

Co-Working: Every Sunday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Write quietly in company. Headphones recommended (it’s possible customers will come in). Generally we chat for the first 10-15 minutes of the hour, then work for about 45 minutes. Repeat. All are welcome, ages 18+.

Dye Hard Circle: Every Wednesday, 6 - 9 p.m.
Bring your current WIP (work-in-progress), grab a seat, and enjoy a relaxed evening of stitching in good company. Whether you knit, crochet, embroider, weave, mend, or anything in between—all fiber artists are welcome! Host: Chastity Dunlap

Board Game Night: Friday, October 16, 6 - 9 p.m.
Drop in; we'll play a quick game or two first, then if people like, a longer one. We’re happy to teach! (If people want to play a much longer game, we'd schedule that separately). We’ll have some snacks and drinks, but feel free to bring food. Ages 14+.

Garden Club Meet-up: Sunday, October 18, 2 - 4 p.m.
Seed / cuttings / perennial exchange, general garden talk. Bring your garden problems for us to discuss, your plant and design questions. Browse our garden books, have some tea, and talk about plants for a bit. Beginners welcome. Houseplants count! All ages welcome.

SF/F Book Club: Sunday, October 18, 4 - 6 p.m.
Mostly science fiction & fantasy (on the literary side). All are welcome, ages 18+. We’ll meet at the studio, then walk over to a local restaurant (probably Trattoria 225).

  • October 18, 4 p.m.: The Incandescent, Emily Tesh (finalist for the 2026 Hugo Awards!)

  • November 22, 4 p.m.: A Half-Built Garden, Ruthanna Emrys (Mary Anne just likes this one!)
